The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, AGA, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with sofa on the lower ground floor, two double bedrooms and single with ensuite on the first floor, and a top floor twin with en-suite. There are two family bathrooms on the ground and first floors. Outside there is a fenced front garden with patio, and terrace and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£25 per dog), but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a 15th century pub called The Cleave within 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oakhurst is a wonderful base for a group break to Devon. Note: There is a sloped ceiling in the twin bedroom. Note. Lustleigh has small lanes, and the property is accessed from a road with a 6ft 6 maximum width restriction. Note: The dishwasher is currently not in use at Oakhurst: a new machine is on order and the property description will be updated once the new machine is in place.
