A trip to the nearby spectacular sandy / surfing beaches i.e. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are a must and are all within a short drive of Primrose House.
Alternatively visit Ilfracombe's Tunnels Beach just a 5 minute walk. Or enjoy a round of golf at Ilfracombe Golf Course which boasts a sea view from every tee.
The accommodation is perfect for families and friends to share, as it is arranged over three floors (bedrooms and bathrooms on first / second floors) with beautiful Torrs views from the front of the property.

~The top floor comprises of one double bedroom, one adult bunk room [with TV, DVD & games console] as well as a large family bathroom with roll top bath, shower and WC.
~The first floor comprises of the master double bedroom, additional double and single bedroom along with a second family bathroom also with roll top bath, separate shower and WC.
~The ground floor comprises of large lounge with sunny bay window, feature fireplace, chandelier, chesterfield sofas, Satellite TV/DVD/BT You View, stripped floor, Persian rug etc.
The spacious and well equipped Kitchen/diner features a handmade oak kitchen, granite worktop, range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, hi fi and large dining area.
~Outside guests can enjoy the sunny courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, gas/electric, central heating, travel cot and high chair are included in the rental price. The property also has the benefit of an extensive book, CD and DVD library, Play Station 2 with games and numerous board games for all the family to enjoy.

If you are planning to stay in Ilfracombe, I recommend booking restaurants before your stay as restaurants do get booked up several weeks in advance during the busier times of the year.
