Suitable for elderly or those with walking difficulties). Twin single beds, built in floor to ceiling wardrobes and desk, adjacent to ground floor shower room, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with waterside views, double 4ft 6in bed and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Triple room with waterside views, 3ft bunk beds and 3ft single bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with basin, chest of drawers.

Landscaped garden overlooking the estuary with patio areas, garden furniture and slipway (kayak available for guest use – own lifejackets to be provided) Through the garden gate a public footpath leads along the edge of the estuary.
