The South Hams offer everything and more on a holiday to Devon. Whether you want to explore rugged Dartmoor or amble along the coast path on the stunning south coast, you are spoilt for choice. Close to the apartment is pretty East Prawle, which has access to small hidden coves down rickety coast paths and famous pub, The Pig s Nose, which has regular live music events and serves up excellent food in a cosy pub atmosphere. You are also based in an excellent location to explore the town of Totnes and maritime city, Plymouth, where there are a range of independent eateries, good shopping and a range of bars. This charming and inviting apartment, which is on the first floor of a large country house, has a mixture of slate and wooden floors and offers two bedrooms. One double with a four poster bed and one single room. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC and the lounge/diner/kitchen has a TV & DVD. The spacious kitchen, which leads off from the lounge and dining areas, has an electric oven and hob for cooking up a storm along with a fridge/freezer and microwave. A shared laundry room is also available for all guests. Outside, there is an enclosed walled shared garden area which is accessed through a gate and across a quiet and narrow road. There is also a rambling footpath which will lead guests to the seaside at Lannacombe Beach this is a 30 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive but with limited parking when you get there. There is ample off road parking available.
