The house benefits from magnificent sea views, can sleep 10 comfortably, has a snug/cinema room and a games room in case the weather isn't perfect! The house is in an ideal location just a short walk from the sandy beaches, pier and the BH2 Cinema complex where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and a movie.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
On the third floor is the Master Bedroom which has lots of space with a walk in wardrobe area, a King Size Bed, a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and a 55" SMART TV. This bedroom benefits from sea views and patio doors which lead on to a balcony. Leading off this bedroom is a modern ensuite shower room with a double shower cubicle and a toilet. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a spacious, modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is a Double Bedroom with panoramic sea views and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The fourth bedroom is a Twin Bedroom, opposite there is a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.

On the upper ground floor is the focus point of the house and living area, with sea views from the 8.0m x 3.0m deck and wrap around terrace. The open plan living area, with bifold doors to the decking area, includes a 50" SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet service Provider). From the lounge is the dining area with patio doors which give access through to the side wrap around garden. Off the dining area is the modern kitchen with granite work surface, a breakfast bar and a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - AIR FRYER.

There are stairs down to the lower ground floor where you will find the games room with a dart board and 7ft multifunction table, including pool, air hockey and table tennis. This leads into the snug with a 65" SMART TV. Off the games room is a second kitchen with a WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE - ONE RING HOB and a separate shower room and toilet.

This lovely house has a large decked dining area as well as a grassed area and side return laid with patio and a BBQ. There is parking in the drive for two cars.
