The barn benefits from stunning sea views from the living room and patio, where you can enjoy the scenery of farmland all the way to Chesil Beach. The kitchen and dining area is contemporary, open plan and sociable providing a well equipped and relaxing space for hosting and enjoying meals as a family. 
On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with adjacent walk in accessible shower room making this property suitable for guests with mobility issues. An en-suite twin bedroom is also on the ground floor, with a further set of bunk beds meaning this room can sleep up to 4 people. The king size master en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor along with a further double bedroom and family bathroom.
The barn conversion benefits from many architectural features, with high vaulted ceiling in the main living space, skylight windows in the bedrooms and even part of the original barn wall remains to the side of the property. The location is perfect for families and friends looking for a countryside retreat, yet still within walking distance to the village with pub and plenty of countryside walks. Within a short drive, the seaside town of Weymouth can be reached with award winning sandy beach, historic harbourside and attractions for all of the family to enjoy.

The kitchen, dining area and living room is all open plan. Utility room. First Floor:  King size master bedroom with en-suite. Double bedroom, family bathroom.
Kitchen/Utilities: Sandyford range cooker, conventional electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. 
Entertainment: Flat screen TV, books and games. (please note the TV is not a smart TV, please feel free to bring your own Amazon fire stick to plug in) Parking: Private parking for up to 5 cars on driveway. Garden: Enclosed fenced off garden, with patio area and outdoor seating. Area of lawn for children to play, gravel driveway. Please note: The property is on a working farm and access to the land beyond the garden is forbidden due to the operation of heavy machinery on the farm. 
General:  WiFi included, towels and bedding included, please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels. Pets: Sorry no pets.
Important please note: Wans Barton is located on a working arable farm and arable operations can be carried out at any time of day or night. In the summer months, the harvest may go on late into the night in the fields around Wans Barton. During the winter months, a game bird shoot operates on the farm. Please do not enter the fields around the property, unless using a designated and marked public footpath; they do no form part of the property and are on a working Farm.
