There is a comfortable sitting room with an open fire and stylish mirrored television, a formal dining room with wood burning stove, a snug with bookcase, a large utility and laundry room, and a ground floor cloakroom. On the lower ground floor there is a spacious cinema room with an LED ceiling panel incorporating twinkling lights, comfortable sofas and bean bags.
There are six well-furnished bedrooms in total over the first and second floors of this handsome house, accommodating up to eleven guests in total, with each having its own television. On the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit, and french doors to a private balcony with seating and panoramic views of the garden and countryside. The second king-size bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, and the remaining single and super-king size bedroom on the first floor share a large bathroom with claw foot bath and walk-in shower enclosure. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a shower room, with both offering dual aspect views.
Sydling St Nicholas is rated one of the prettiest, small villages in Dorset with thatched cottages and chalk streams, and has the benefit of having an award-winning pub, the Greyhound, just a short stroll away.

The property is accessed via electric gates and has a large private courtyard to the front where guests can park with ease.
A six/eight person hot tub is located in a sheltered and private section of the garden terrace.
Barbecue available during the period April to October.
There is a children's play area in the garden, please ensure children are supervised at all times - there is a small stream outside of the property running along the access lane.
