One of the standout features of this property is its generously sized garden, which boasts a remarkable wooden hut BBQ complete with a BBQ and comfortable seating inside, providing an ideal space to relax in the evenings. Within walking distance from the bungalow, you will discover sandy beaches and the historic Hengistbury Head headland. The convenience of Tuckton village is also nearby, offering an array of shops, restaurants, local convenience stores and a popular waterside pub and restaurant.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The first floor of the house offers two generously sized Double Bedrooms, both with a King Size bed and a contemporary ensuite shower room and toilet. The bedroom located at the back boasts a Juliette balcony, providing a delightful outlook onto the rear garden. Meanwhile, the bedroom at the front offers the added advantage of a comfortable seating area furnished with a sofa. The ground floor of the house features an additional three bedrooms. There is another Double Bedroom furnished with a King Size Bed, a Twin Room with two Single Beds, and a Quadruple Room equipped with Bunk Beds and a Single Bed, along with an additional pull-out Single Bed.

The expansive and airy lounge/kitchen/dining area on the ground floor is designed in an open-plan layout. It boasts 3.5m opening sliding doors that seamlessly connect the space to the garden allowing for a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow. Within the lounge area, there is a comfortable seating arrangement and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV for your entertainment. FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from the internet service provider). For added amusement, there is also a full-size FOOTBALL TABLE for guests to enjoy themselves.

The modern kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - TWO DISHWASHERS - INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a utility room and utility cupboard which houses a WASHING MACHINE and TABLE TOP FREEZER.

On the ground floor is a modern shower room and toilet and a separate toilet.

The garden offers ample space and a large lawn and features a fantastic wooden BBQ hut with seating for 12. At the rear of the garden there are steps up to a large decking area with table and chairs and seating, creating an ideal space for outdoor dining. The garden also benefits from a dartboard and garden toys.

The property has two parking spaces in the drive.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Hengistbury Head is a natural scenic area of Headland between Bournemouth and Christchurch. It is an area of outstanding beauty with far reaching views of Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, the Isle of Wight, Poole Bay and Bournemouth. A scenic land train (known as the Noddy train) makes regular journeys from the cafe to the end of the spit, a journey of ten or so minutes. The Hengistbury Head visitor centre offers a variety of activities for all ages and abilities. Wick Village is walking distance away for riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. In Wick Village is Tuckton Tea Gardens, a crazy golf pitch, river boat hire and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to more riverside walks and the park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). A short walk away on the Broadway you will find a local convenience store, fish and chip shop and a post office store. A very short drive will take you to Southbourne Grove where you can find Tesco Express and Sainsbury Local, as well as other local shops, cafes, bars and a range of restaurants. Bournemouth centre and Boscombe are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town with beaches, high street stores, tourist attractions and many bars and restaurants.
