Highcliffe is a small coastal town boasting both beautiful beaches and superb views. Take a walk through the nature reserve, where wildlife abounds, or visit the historic clifftop castle, which overlooks the beach. You will find a good variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the local area or take a drive to the bustling town of Christchurch (3 miles) and visit the priory or quay. The New Forest National Park is within easy reach and is home to free roaming ponies and cattle as well as a unique and fragile landscape. The charming cobbled streets of Lymington, well connected Brockenhurst, and villages of Burley and Beaulieu, have something for all ages and are all within 12 miles. A step leads to the main entrance door into the property, where there is a welcoming hallway with a useful separate WC and access to a double bedroom with an en suite wet room with shower and WC. To the left there is a comfortable lounge with a decorative fireplace and Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen also leads from the main entrance hallway and is equipped with a gas hob and 2 electric ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Smart TV. The adjacent room houses a generous dining table suitable for leisurely family meals. Heading further into the property you will find a light and bright sunroom with sliding doors that open into the pool room, which overlooks the garden and has a fantastic heated swimming pool and open shower area. Next to the sunroom is a useful utility room with WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Heading back through the dining room you will find a second inner hallway, which gives access to the first floor. Head up the stairs and the first bedroom on your left has two sets of novelty bunk beds suitable for children with a TV and an en suite shower room with WC. This charming room has a Juliet balcony with sea views. Further along the landing you will find three further twin bedrooms all furnished with two double beds and each with an en suite shower room with a WC. Two of the bedrooms have a fantastic balcony and TV, with sea views and furniture, and the third has a Juliet balcony also with views and a Smart TV. A further flight of stairs leads to the second floor of the property where there s a striking king size bedroom set within the eaves (please note there are some areas of restricted head height). This beautiful bedroom is an outstanding feature of the property and has its own balcony with fabulous sea views as well as a seating area and Smart TV. An en suite bathroom leads from the bedroom and has his and hers sinks, a bath, separate shower, and WC. To the right of the bedroom is a dressing area. Doors lead from the sunroom, kitchen, and lounge into the fully enclosed garden, which is the ideal sociable space. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with a raised gazebo area complete with furniture. There is a charcoal BBQ ideal for dining alfresco on sunny days. To the front of the property is an ample off road parking area.
