Lilliput House is a very large detached house at the end of a cul de sac in Poole, BH14 close to Sandbanks beach that sleeps 12 people. The house has a private hot tub and has just been renovated. The renovation work has just been finished in April 2023. There is a large kitchen and dining room, separate lounge with 3 sofas, 2.5 bathrooms, a large enclosed garden and off road parking.

GROUND FLOOR:
• Kitchen has a washing machine, full size fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, large range of cooking utensils and breakfast bar with stools
• Dining Room has a large dining table and 2 chairs and a BAR
• Living Room has 3 large sofas, table and a large Smart TV
• 5th Bedroom has a king size bed and a chair
• Downstairs toilet


FIRST FLOOR:
• Master bedroom is a large room with a king size bed which can be separated into 2 single beds, a separate sofa bed, large built in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2 with a double bed
• Bedroom 3 with a double bed
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed

• Hot Tub
• BBQ
• Dining table and chairs and separate seating
• Fully enclosed private garden


PARKING
• Off road parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway and the house is at the end of a cul de sac so on road parking is available with no restrictions


PETS
• Dogs are more than welcome and there will be a charge of £50 per dog that stays. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
