Welcome to our beautiful family home, Avon View! Pillared electrically operated gates greet you at the entrance of our unique and luxurious villa, which is on the edge of the New Forest and only 8 miles from Bournemouth Beach. Our villa is a family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people, ideally 8 adults and 4 children.

Avon View is set in private and gated grounds of 1.5 acres, and nestled adjacent to an exclusive hilltop view-point overlooking Avon Valley, and benefits from having no neighboring properties.

Our wonderful pool is heated and seasonal and in use approximately mid- May - mid October, depending on the weather conditions. The hot tub is hot and in use all year. The pool has a safety cover preventing people and children from falling in the pool. It is easy to use as the cover has an easy automatic opening/closure mechanism. Not only does the cover keep the pool cleaner but also the temperature warmer!

Your group will enter vacation mode from the moment you arrive at Avon View. Whether you choose to spend time with the family, playing tennis, soaking in the jacuzzi, enjoying the pool or the sun deck, relaxing by both indoor and outdoor fires, or celebrate in style by enjoying some drinks on the south facing terraces, your time at Avon View will become treasured memories!

Our beautiful family-friendly villa has an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful granite counter tops, which flow into the dining area, which is ideal for a get-together meal. The living room has an eye catching fire place, large sofa, and a smart TV. The adjoining large heated conservatory is an ideal place where to relax on cooler or wet evenings while looking at the beautiful forest views.

The second floor has two large family suites, sleeping 4 each, with vaulted ceilings and spacious ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds and pull out day beds, creating two single beds - making these suites ideal for families with younger children.

On the ground floor there are a further two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a king bed. The bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with a large bath. The bedroom with the two single beds also have an office space with a desk and a chair in case you need to take care of business or admin tasks during your stay.

The property is surrounded by 1.5 acres of gardens which include a pool, jacuzzi, sun deck, tennis court, outdoor pavilion with fireplace, cinema room with a large 80 inch TV, games room with pro pool and table tennis, koi pond and multiple outdoor seating options. The tennis court is perfect for active families. The garden is large and fully secure and gated.

We only provide one set of towels, for your comfort, please bring additional towels for spa and swimming pool use.

There is parking for up to 6 cars, along with one car charging point.

From the front gates it is a 30 meter walk to the Avon Valley view point, from where on clear days you can see the white cliffs of Isle of Wight. This view point is closed to the public at dusk giving you the opportunity to enjoy this amazing view point alone!

Located in Ringwood, this villa is in a rural area and by the sea. Parley Manor and Edmondsham House and Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Poole Harbour and Go Ape at Moors Valley Ringwood. Traveling with kids? Consider Matchams Karting, or check out an event or a game at Vitality Stadium. Looking to get your feet wet? Windsurfing, motor boating and fishing adventures can be found near the property.
