Sitting on the clifftop, just 0.29miles walk downhill to the glorious sandy beach at Boscombe Pier and just under 2 miles walk from Bournemouth Pier. This property is ideally positioned with lots of local restaurants, shops, bars and attractions within a short distance of the property.
Set over three floors, and decorated in a modern style, this impressive residence is ideally sized and well placed for families, or friends wishing to be within a short walk of the beach or local cafes and restaurants.
The property comprises an impressive open plan living room with sliding doors that open the whole area up to a south facing terrace with swim spa and hot tub. The main focal point is the modern and luxurious kitchen with slate worktops and integrated appliances including a gas hob, electric ovens, dishwasher, two large fridge freezers and a separate wine fridge.
Also on the ground floor are an entrance hall, ground floor WC, ground floor double bedroom, childrens playroom with TV and DVD player, ground floor study and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Up on the first floor there is a large double bedroom with dressing room, a small double bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and bunk beds providing a total of four single beds. Two large bathrooms with shower cubicles and baths services these bedrooms.
On the second floor, there is a large double bedroom with super king bed, dressing room and balcony looking out over the gardens and to the sea behind. There is an en-suite bathroom to this bedroom with bath and WC, but please note that due to the size of the house and gravity, the shower doesn't have sufficient pressure to work in this en-suite.
Outside there is parking for two/three cars on the front driveway. The rear garden is a fantastic size and mainly laid to lawn with a large terrace immediately adjacent to the house. A children's climbing frame is provided for children to use (please note use is at the risk of the guests and children must be supervised at all times around the climbing frame, swim spa and hot).
Located in Bournemouth, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Poole Harbour and Coastal Activity Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore New Forest National Park and Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
