North End Farms Old Dairy is a very comfortable spacious 1 bedroomed farm cottage with wifi, Sky, loads of walks, beautiful beach nearby and large downstairs with sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen central heating wood burner and Strauss piano. Broadchurch country. Fantastic pubs. On Dorset's Jurassic Coast near to Bridport and Lyme Regis.

In a wonderful picturesque location, in beautiful west Dorset, just north of Chideock, 3 miles from the stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coast and 4 miles from Bridport, you will find these three properties. North End Farmhouse (ref 1028945), is a large 14th-century thatched farmhouse offering delightful holiday accommodation. It enjoys a large living room, formerly the great hall, with a huge stone mantled Tudor fireplace with oak fire and there is a hidden stone staircase and a snug with a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace. The Old Cricket Pavillion (ref 6859698), formerly located at the Symondsbury Cricket Ground, offers a romantic retreat for two and enjoys panoramic views over the countryside. Guests can enjoy superb country walking from the doorstep, or 3 miles away on the Jurassic Coast with its lovely scenery. Delve into some fossil hunting, swimming or fishing. The Old Dairy (ref 8409325), is a large self-contained wing of the main house, and also offers a romantic retreat for 2, with a spacious open plan living space, and again with wonderful walking. All the properties are set in an idyllic location, reached by a no-through road and within a scenic area, families can enjoy a haven away from it all, but be near to many attractions.
Slightly further afield is the characterful fishing port of West Bay, scene of the TV series ’Broadchurch’, where you can go boating or sea fishing. Bridport, formerly a rope making town, with its restaurants, shops and markets is worth exploring, or the jewel in the crown of west Dorset is Lyme Regis, with its famous cob, harbour, sandy beach and quaint shops. Visitors can spend days exploring this coastline from Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis on to Portland and Weymouth, or inland visiting many attractions in Dorchester. There are historic houses to enjoy such as Forde Abbey and Gardens, and within easy driving is Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum. Slightly further afield is Glastonbury Tor and maybe even Wells cathedral city and Cheddar Gorge. Beach 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Space
The location of North End Farm in the heart of Dorset's Jurassic Coast is spectacular with incredible walks, pubs,restaurants. It's lovely place to live and visit. There's loads to do. Fishing walking go karting shooting arts classes to name a few. You could even go paragliding with owner.
Guest access
They can use the farms trampoline and rest by the pond. There's a private south facing garden and the house has all the independent necessities people expect.

As much as needed. I also live at the farm so if people text me I can usually help instantly. I also respect people's need for privacy.
Neighbourhood overview
The people. Bridport and lyme regis are creative towns with bars theatres alternative markets and the countryside has a healthy agricultural background and is extremely beautiful with splendid walks down sunken lanes with hills and far reaching views. Tremendous Coast lines and fantastic pubs.
Getting around
There is a bus stop in Chideock. The train station are Dorchester and Axminster. The farm is 1 mile from Chideock.

Located in Bridport, this vacation home is in a rural area. Bridport Arts Centre and Bridport Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and Mapperton Gardens. Abbotsbury Children's Farm and Abbotsbury Swannery are also worth visiting.
