Living room with large sofa that converts into full length bunk beds, easy chair, dining table plus 4 chairs, 40 inch TVs with Sky Q HD (Sports, Kids, Cinema, Netflix), Xbox one (plays DVD’s) wardrobe.

Master bedroom with king size bed, 40” TV with Sky Q HD ((Sports, Kids, Cinema, Netflix), chest of drawers, side tables with drawers and storage box for bunk beds.

There is also a travel cot and high chair

Bathroom includes, bath with overhead shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC. Note, bath is quite high up, so may need step (Provided).
Hand towel and bath mat are provided.
No towels provided, please bring bath and beach towels.

Outside to the front there is access to a shared lawn area and bench.

There is a small parking space for flat 4 at the rear of the property. Or the large long stay car park across the road.
