The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car in the garage. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Garage is a fabulous base for your next escape in Dorset. Note: 4ft drop from the decking to gravelled area, please take care and supervise children. Note: Garage has a space of 2.2m x 4.7m for car. Note: There is currently no WiFi at the property although this should be available from 9th June 2023
