Bridport is a short drive away along the Jurassic Coastline and has a good selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and more delightful beaches with Lyme Regis also nearby where you can visit Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, Lyme Regis Museum and Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium. Other places worth a visit whilst in the area include Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Tunnel Tree Tops high ropes and zip wire, Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, Pecorama and Seaton Tramway.
