Set just off the High Street in a charming period courtyard opposite a candle making shop is Toby’s Court. The ground floor property has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and shower room which are nicely proportioned and have a lovely feeling of space and light. There is private parking right outside the front door for 1 car.

Guests will enter straight into the kitchen which is modern and fully equipped. There is a foldaway table which seats up to 4. Please note there is a washing machine in the kitchen but no dishwasher.

The spacious living room is to the right of the kitchen which leads onto the pretty master bedroom which has a double bed, hanging space for clothes and a dressing table.

Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has 2 single beds. There is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

The heating is programmed to come on 7-10am and 4-10pm ie 9 hours per day during the cooler months. Should you wish for these times to be altered or if you require extra hours this can be arranged but there is an additional charge of 50p per hour.

No dogs are allowed at the flat at anytime as it is against the terms of the headlease.

Shaftesbury is a vibrant market town set in glorious Dorset countryside. There are many shops, pubs, walks, views and places of interest to be visited in and around town.
