Entrance porch leading to hallway and all rooms. Open plan living room and dining room. Large corner sofa, fire place and dining table. Double doors leading to rear garden with large decking area with outside seating and steps down to the south-facing garden. Separate fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer machine. Door leads out to garden. Master bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double bed). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking – up to two vehicle to the front of the house.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. 40inch flatscreen TV with freeview. DVD player.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, tall fridge / freezer, microwave, washer / dryer.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. Families and couples only. Minimum one week stays.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

This apartment is located in Poole. Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts and Tower Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Sandbanks Beach and Splashdown Waterpark. Bournemouth Pier and Oceanarium are also worth visiting.
