Our from new (July 2020) 41’ x 20’ Harrogate lodge is located in stunning Christchurch on Hoburne Park and designed to make those precious moments for relaxation priceless. Lavished with luxuries, this sumptuous lodge helps every second spent here feel special. A time to unwind is a luxury in itself nowadays, that’s why from its bedroom suites to living quarters, this two bedroom luxury lodge is the perfect solution. There are two private allocated parking spaces close to the front of the lodge.

This property has a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to a large open garden at the side of the lodge.

As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas range with 5 burners and 3 ovens, a 4 slot toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, a dishwasher and microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a 43" Smart HDTV in the lounge, a 32" HDTV in the master bedroom and private wifi access and built-in bluetooth music speakers.

This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 6 x 3 ft single beds. There is additional sleeping space in the lodge, comprising of a double sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.

There are also essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board to make your stay more comfortable.

All bed linen, kitchen towels and oven gloves are provided.

HOUSE RULES:

- Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is midday.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in, or outside on the decking area.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- The washing machine is included for your use.

LOCATION:

Orchid 9 is located in a quiet wooded corner of a newly built, private gated development at the entrance of Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset. Just a 10 min walk to Friar’s Cliff beach it is also only 10 mins drive to The New Forest. Nearby golf courses include, Brockenhurst Manor, Barton-on-Sea, The New Forest Golf Club and Remedy Oak and are all in easy driving distance.

The lodge is perfect for young families and couples alike, due to it’s location you can choose to get involved with the park’s activities, or be left to enjoy the peace and quiet.

On-site facilities include: two heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor - summer months only), gym, mini-golf, bars, outdoor playgrounds for toddlers and older children, a multi games area, boules court and restaurant areas. and evening entertainment.

Temporary Membership passes for access to the clubhouse activities, entertainment etc are available. The cost is £40 and this gives up to 6 people, access for up to 7 nights. We require 48 hours notice to process the passes which are collected from reception. Please contact the owners for more details.

Access to the beach at Steamer Point and Mudeford Quay are also within walking distance. Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi are all nearby, and there’s a local Spar is located just outside of the park boundary for that emergency pint of milk! Nearby attractions include the New Forest, Beaulieu, Swanage, Durdle Door, Bournemouth, Monkey World, as well as some fantastic pubs and restaurants, including The Waterloo Arms, James & White, The Noisy Lobster, The Boathouse and the Kings Arms Hotel, to name just a few!

Highcliffe Castle, the Isle of Wight and the quaint port town of Lymington are all well within reach.
