The Lakeside Estate is located in the perfect place to take in some of the best spots on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast, from the dramatic beauty of Lulworth Cove to the historic charms of Lyme Regis.

This property also benefits from full access to the Estate Spa, as well as access to bikes, canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards (at an additional cost). After all that activity a spa trip should be on the cards and fortunately the Lakeside Estate has its very own with a fabulous rooftop bar where you can enjoy a sundowner with a view, before returning to the comforts of your own cottage.

The ground floor of the house is open plan, with bi-folding doors opening out to the terrace so you can step in and out with ease. The large kitchen is at the heart of the home with a big island and plenty of space to cook all your favorites. As with everything in this modern home, the dining table is generous, with ample space to sit together as a group enjoying good food and great conversation. The adjacent lounge area has an atmosphere that makes you instantly relax, with comfy sofas and a warming wood burner, perfect for curling up at the end of an active day.

The first floor of the house boasts three bedrooms; a master suite with a king-size bed, a double room, and a bunk bedroom for kids. The master suite benefits from its own en-suite shower room, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The Hurricane Terrace and Bar is located on the roof terrace of the spa, offering bespoke cocktails inspired by the area and a variety of snacks and small plates if you are feeling peckish. The Estates traditional handmade yurt offers the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon, with an outdoor woodfired pizza oven which is often fired up by expert chefs to provide the tastiest authentic woodfired pizza using the freshest local ingredients.
