'Malia' is a superbly presented former coach house just minutes walk from the main high street, historic Cobb and seafront in the picturesque coastal town of Lyme Regis.

Allocated off road parking (for 1 car) just outside the front door means unloading heavy holiday luggage will be a breeze. Please note the parking space is suitable for nothing longer than an estate car. long vans of campers will be asked to move as it blocks others.

The light and bright open plan living space allows you to make the most of your time with friends and family whilst enjoying distant views to the surrounding Woodland Trust and Lyme Bay. There is sofa seating for 6, free Wifi, TV and boardgames. The house also has a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine, the perfect private quiet space ideal for some time out with a book.

The small courtyard garden with table and chairs, provides a tranquil spot to relax or dine al fresco. Backing onto Slopes Farm, a delightful mature woodland belonging to the Woodland Trust, the garden is a peaceful haven. The path into the woods is just up the hill past the next house.
The clean and modern kitchen diner is furnished with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Table & chairs for 6, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, plates, mugs, cutlery, glasses, fridge, freezer, microwave etc

There are 3 fully equipped bedrooms, the master benefits from its own en-suite. The double and twin rooms are no the small side but perfectly well equipped for your stay. There is also a contemporary family bathroom, both come stocked with soaps and shampoos.
Towels and bedding are provided (One set per guest. Please note, end of stay cleaning is included but any additional cleaning or laundry fees will be charged as extra. Please ask when booking) although you’ll need to pack your own beach towel. A hairdryer is available.

Located in Lyme Regis, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. The Town Mill and Marine Theatre are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lyme Regis Golf Club and Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre. Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and Seaton Jurassic are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
