THE ACCOMMODATION:
You will find a Double Bedroom on the first floor. Then there are two further bedrooms on the second floor, one is a Twin Bedroom and the other is a Single Bedroom which has a single bed and a sofa bed to sleep 1or 2.

This property benefits from two lounges, one of which is on the ground floor with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge on the second floor also has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV.

Leading off the lounge on the ground floor is the kitchen/diner which is modern throughout and is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - WINE COOLER. There are patio doors leading from the kitchen to a courtyard area.

The house has a modern shower room on the first floor with a shower cubicle and a toilet. There is a second bathroom on the second floor including a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. The house also has a ground floor separate toilet.

The compact courtyard garden has a feature seaside painted wall and includes a table and chairs.

This accommodation comes with off road parking in the drive for one car.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, which is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. It is the home to one of the many local Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensuring a perfect family day out. Just up from the beach and walking distance from the apartment you will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the local pubs and cafes. One tourist feature of Southbourne is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (they run between Easter and the end of October), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove which harbours a long shopping street with a unique mix of individual shops and restaurants. Here you’ll find local amenities such a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tesco's and Sainsbury's, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Don’t forget to explore Fisherman’s Walk nature trail, a stunning walk along the cliff top situated between Fisherman's Avenue and Portman Crescent in Southbourne, linking to Southbourne Grove. It’s a narrow strip of wooded land with a nature trail, woodland flowers and shrubs, and plenty of wildlife. A short drive away is Tuckton Tea Gardens which is a traditional cosy cafe set in beautiful gardens beside the River Stour. They even have a seasonal putting green and crazy golf course to keep the children amused. From here you can climb aboard one of the Classic ferries and take a trip down the River Stour in to Christchurch Harbour. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.
