The Space
A substantial apartment located in the vibrant Westbourne just yards from the village centre and its delightful choice of cafes, bakeries, restaurants while only a 15-minute stunning woodland walk to award winning Alum Chine beach. Ideal family holiday apartment with a perfect location.
Wilton House has a real Victorian character and charm in its exterior appearance. This property boasts a modern interior and fully equipped Kitchen, benefiting from central heating, high speed wi-fi, Smart TVs and sky media.
A flight of stairs leads up to the apartment on the 1st floor. As you enter the apartment into the hallway, you will appreciate the light and airy apartment with high ceilings and period features. The Hallway provides plenty of space with a side table, and a bookshelf with an array of things to do for all ages, such as toys and games.
Leading off the hallway is the sizeable living room and dining area connecting to the Kitchen is fantastic with stunning large sash windows, and dual aspect views out across the neighbouring area. The lounge dinner comfy high-end leather sofa with two additional single chairs, a coffee table and side table. There is also a TV stand with a smart TV linked up to Sky TV box. The table and chairs provide seating for easily six people.
The Kitchen fully equipped with the latest washer/dryer machine, full sized fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hobs, microwave, coffee machine and a full array of cooking utensils, there is also cutlery for children.
The master bedroom situated at the other end of the hallway, has a king size bed with highest quality mattresses and bed linen, and views overlooking greenery below. This large bedroom has a sofa chair, wardrobes for hanging storage, Smart TV with sky box and large ensuite shower, basin and toilet, mirror and towel rail.
The 2nd bedroom is a large king-size. Styled in in modern neutral colour scheme, the bedroom size lends itself enough space to add an additional high-quality fold away double. There is a wardrobe, and bedside cabinets.
A large modern family bathroom with large bath with overhead shower, a practical space for washing children. There is also basin and WC, and a large mirror across one wall and a towel radiator.
All bathrooms have shower gels, hand soaps and toilet paper. Bath towels and hand towels, are also provided for each bathroom.
Located in Westbourne Village which offers an excellent range of individual shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants from numerous renowned eating and drinking establishments. In the other direction is Alum Chine Beach, which is probably one of Bournemouth's favourite Blue Flag award winning beaches, particularly loved by the locals for its wide, exceptionally clean, sandy beaches situated further to the West of Bournemouth, away from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth Pier and the town centre. It's hugely popular with young families due to a pirate-themed large adventure playground, toilets with baby changing facilities, lost children centres, RNLI lifeguard stations, pubs and ice cream kiosks.
Alum Chine is home to a beautiful Tropical Garden which is situated to the rear of the beach and the beautiful wooded chine.
