The property is very close to local transport for buses and trains plus Beryl Bikes & Scooters. Down the road from Bournemouth and the New Forest, it is perfect for your holiday stay!

The Master Bedroom has a fixed king-size double bed with a sitting area. Immerse yourself in this romantic oasis of calm with its relaxing teal and gold décor and feature wall boasting a colourful bird and floral design.

The Urban Loft Bedroom is a spacious single or can be arranged as a twin on request. This has a modern industrial design which creates a sense of downtown cool.

The Countryside Bedroom is set up with bubk beds with additional comfortable seating, it is furnished in natural fabrics and tones which contribute to a feeling of warmth and chilled-out ambience.

Each room is provided with crisp fresh linen and soft fluffy towels.

In the open plan lounge area there are two large twin sofas and a single chair bed (76cm x 190cm) together with a modern dining area seating 6 (a highchair is available on request) and a 55” Smart wall TV, there is free Wi-Fi. Also, you can find a few books and board games for your enjoyment.

Within the property there is a large family bathroom with free standing luxury double-ended bath, grey Travertine walls and floor, toilet, and vanity wash basin.

There is an additional separate stylish bathroom with its distressed coastal style, marble look porcelain tiles and bleached wood vanity basin, a double walk-in duo rain shower and toilet. The perfect place to wash away the golden sands of the lovely Bournemouth beaches.

The modern sleek grey and white urban style kitchen offers a clean and contemporary appearance with concealed washer/dryer and full-sized dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a separate wine cooler to chill your beverage of choice! It is fully equipped with all utensils, pots, and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals in style. Provided also is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk (on arrival), cooking oil, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and bin bags.



GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access the whole apartment through its own private entrance. Self-check-in is via an electronic key safe box by the front door.

The property is located on the main street in Southbourne, the entrance to our apartment is from the back of the building and is accessed via our neighbour’s private courtyard. This is a first-floor apartment with a few internal stairs.

Luggage drop-off is directly outside the apartment with safe and free on road parking very nearby.

For those looking for more space. Both adjoining properties SEA GEM and HIDDEN GEM can be rented together to accommodate 11 people for larger groups.

Located in Bournemouth, this apartment is in a rural area and by the sea. Highcliffe Castle and Parley Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course and Littledown Sports Center. Bournemouth Pier and Oceanarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
