The Bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. The second-floor single room with additional bed, is limited in size when used as a twin as it impedes access. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are en-suite, there is a separate family bathroom on the second floor, and a ground floor cloakroom for your convenience. Weymouth’s award-winning beach is only a short 5-minute walk from the property. The inner harbour is only seconds away where you can sit on one of many benches, enjoy traditional fish and chips and admire the flotilla of fishing boats and yachts passing by in and out of the marina. New Boathouse is just seconds away from the main high streets hosting independent quirky local shops and just around the corner is a ten-screen cinema. You will be spoilt for choice with cuisines from Italy to China along with traditional fish and chips and fine harbourside dining. Weymouth is well placed along the Jurassic Coastline - a short car ride to the West offers the attractions of traditional picture-postcard villages such as Burton Bradstock with pretty cottages and good pubs as well as Abbotsbury Swannery and Sub-tropical gardens. To the East a visit to the acclaimed Monkey World or Tank Museum may be of interest. The New Boathouse is a perfectly located property in which to stay whilst enjoying a holiday in Weymouth.
