SPACE

Our large 4 bedroom house is over 3 floors with stairs to each level.

Relax in either one of our two reception rooms with comfy sofas with super fast WiFi and TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime amongst other channels.

Enjoy our very modern open plan kitchen with dining area (seating 7 - 8 people) featuring induction hob, oven and dishwasher.

We have a separate utility room with microwave and washing machine and downstairs toilet.

On the first floor are two x double bedrooms all beautiful furnished with nightstands, wardrobe; single bedroom with books and toys for younger visitors and a family bathroom with shower and bath.

On the top floor is the master bedroom with King Size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in lights, light up mirrors and walk in shower.

OUTSIDE
The garden has a patio area with outside dining table and chairs, BBQ and large garden.

At the front there is a driveway to fit two cars.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.

This vacation home is located in Bournemouth. Highcliffe Castle and Parley Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Littledown Sports Center and Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course. Bournemouth Pier and Oceanarium are also worth visiting.
