Venture further, cross the town bridge and visit lovely Nothe Gardens with a fort perfect for a day out with kids. It’s a perfect place for a picnic. If you wish to venture East, you can take a South West Coast path via clifftops and villages of Osmington Mills and Ringstead. Pay a visit to Smugglers Inn with outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a meal or a pint. Ringstead beach is open for dogs throughout all year, so make sure to bring your furry friends along. Take a short drive to beautiful Lulworth cove, Stairhole and Durdle Door and enjoy magnificent masterpieces of nature from Jurassic period. Weymouth has many town attractions and entertainment to keep you busy if you wish to stay in one place but exploring around is highly recommended if you have a chance.
