This superb property is perfect for a summer break, with a sea view that really must be seen to be believed. The garden sits just above a splendid beach, with a decked area and outdoor furniture providing a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sights. Bookings in June and July will even enjoy free access to a beach hut (access outside of these months may also be available by prior arrangement).

The inside of the house is no less lovely, with a sitting room that's the perfect place to relax as well as a spacious dining room and conservatory. Preparing delicious meals is easy in the well-equipped kitchen, with an oven and hob, two microwaves, and a large fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher for cleaning up afterwards. There's also a ground floor bathroom with shower over bath, as well as a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are four bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 people. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a super-king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required. Two other bedrooms upstairs offer the same flexibility, one of which also boasts an en-suite shower room and a decking area outside where you can sit and appreciate spectacular views over the sea. There's also a double bedroom with a huge 6'6 bed, incredible sea views from the balcony, and an en-suite shower room of its own. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath with shower over.
