Located in a private and quiet setting in the heart of the Penisula and just a stone's throw away from eight miles of Blue Flag sandy beaches and the vibrant Poole harbour, this beautiful home is the perfect place for relaxing and unwinding away from the hustle and bustle. On your doorstep, you have a choice of dining options from Rick Steins Restaurant, with stunning views across to Brownsea Island, Oriel Bistro, and Lazy Jacks Pizzeria. Or take a scenic stroll around the harbour to great amenities including Posedian Watersports School and The Watersports Academy, which offers everything from paddleboarding to yacht charters.
Grasmere Beach House is a one off design and the first property in the UK built by Hanse-Haus, a sister company to Hoff. The house is designed to be highly energy efficient with large eave overhangs keeping it cool in the summer, state of the art systems, and high grade insulation to keep it snug and warm in the winter. The house boasts over 3,000 square feet of the elegantly furnished interior including a fantastic living space with a superb kitchen, dining area, and two seating areas that extends to the garden which has been designed with split level areas for relaxing and dining and also has a wonderful games room with TV, foosball table and games, perfect to keep the family entertained.
The house accommodates up to 16 guests in four bedrooms with the addition of Maxima House wall bunks in each room, which can be made up to sleep either one or two guests. This makes the house extremely flexible for larger families as we can tailor the configuration to perfectly suit your needs.
