Overton Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there is a large part of the island and many nearby properties that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 and 1300, Saturday. As you enter Overton Island 01 on the ground floor you are immediately greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen, living room & dining area. The living room is complete with a beautiful wood burner to cosy up next to in winter, and has fantastic views over the water and Wakeling Island though the floor to ceiling window doors that lead out onto the deck. Next to the kitchen is a utility and wet room to help clear up after a day exploring Silverlake Estate.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds and three double rooms, two with king size beds and one with a double bed. A family bathroom with a bath services all rooms, whilst one double has an ensuite WC and the master has an ensuite shower room, making this property perfect for large families and groups alike.
