Broad Reach is a delightful detached house on the Sandbanks Peninsula just across the road from the Harbour. It is beautifully furnished throughout and offers a comfortable home with two reception rooms, a good sized garden, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This luxurious home is ideal for a special occasion or a memorable family holiday by the sea and is just a stone's throw from the eight miles of sandy blue flag beaches of Sandbanks and also within walking distance to the local amenities which include cafes, restaurants and a convenience store.

Also within walking and cycling distance of the property are local yacht clubs, marinas and golf clubs. Activities in the area range from water sports such as kitesurfing, paddleboarding and fishing in addition to cycling, walking, golfing, beach volleyball and polo.

A short car ride away are the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and also on the doorstep is the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.

The entrance leads to a light airy hallway with staircase and wooden flooring. The front room of the house is a beautifully decorated living room with ample seating and comfortable, cosy soft furnishings. The open plan kitchen is to the back of the property and overlooks the garden with a fantastic light west facing conservatory dining room attached. Outside there is more seating and a barbecue for al fresco dining. The ground floor also has a further 'snug' reception/ TV room with doors on to the garden and a down stairs shower room.

Up stairs there are four bedrooms, and a further bathroom with shower over bath. There are two king size bedrooms, one bunk room and one triple, so sleeping nine in total. Each room is individually decorated with sumptuous fabrics, thick carpets and comfortable beds.
