Located in Sanquhar, this cottage is in a rural area and in the mountains. Sanquhar Tolbooth Museum and Museum of Lead Mining are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at New Cumnock Golf Club and Devil's Beef Tub. New Cumnock Community Open-Air Swimming Pool and Moffat Woolen Mill are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
