The kitchen and dining area are fitted with modern appliances, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, making meal preparation convenient. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as a separate shower room.

On the first floor, the accommodation includes two additional bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and another with twin beds, making it suitable for families or groups. Essential amenities such as electricity, bed linen, and towels are provided, and the cottage includes heating options for different seasons. For families traveling with young children, a cot and highchair are available upon request.

The outdoor area features a garden with furniture, allowing guests to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. Private parking is available for up to two cars. The cottage is conveniently located just 1¼ miles from the nearest pub, as well as shops, a post office, a bowling green, and two tennis courts. For those who enjoy nature walks, there is a beautiful bluebell walk available in May, and the Galloway House gardens are just two miles away, enhancing the appeal of this idyllic holiday destination.
