A stunning modern holiday home in a quiet and private cul de sac but only moments from the shore front in the picturesque seaside village of Portpartrick. The house is very light and airy with plenty of space for large family get togethers, with each bedroom having their own bath or shower room.
Portpatrick is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Dumfries and Galloway built around a beautiful harbour with open sea views. The charming old fishing harbour is a hive of activity with lifeboat station, promenade, putting, tennis, golf, bowling, cliff walks, beach, local shops & plenty of choice of good pub food. A short way up the hill overlooking the town is the well known golf course which has stunning sea views and is very popular with golfers.
The spectacular rocky coastline offers wonderful opportunities for exploring and is perfect for sea fishing. The village is also superbly located for exploring South West Scotland and is within easy reach of many deserted sandy coves and beaches together with attractions such as Logan Botanical Gardens, Mull of Galloway Lighthouse and Dunskey Gardens with its famous maze.
The quiet local roads are ideal for cycling and walking with routes for all abilities. The starting point for the Southern Upland Way long distance footpath is near the harbour and mountain bike trails are available in the Galloway Forest Park.
