Its location; on a hill with panoramic views of Swansea is one of its many qualities, with the hustle and bustle of Uplands on your doorstep, yet set in a quiet location away from the main road, this is the perfect accommodation for all year round. Sleeping up to 10 people with spacious living room with French doors onto the patio, a cinema room with full size screen and popcorn machine and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Outdoors you will find parking on a private driveway with an electric gate for privacy and added security, front garden contains children's play area, rear garden features charcoal barbeque, lounger, hot tub and vegetation all with beautiful views over Swansea Bay.

Outside : Front Garden - Through the double electric gates, long block paved driveway leads to the house. The front garden has a boarder with established planting, enclosed gated play area which features 2 swings, monkey bars, twisted slide, play house and play platform, with Astor turf area with 14ft sunken trampoline to the right of the property. Rear Garden - Enclosed with railing, large patio leading off from the living room and consisting of 6 seater hot tub, granite dinning table with 6 wrought iron chairs, double lounger, charcoal BBQ with out door lighting and panoramic sea views of Swansea Bay. The lower level of the garden features mature trees and flowering bushes with gravel path.
