The House

The barn conversion has 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite), lawn, patio, fire pit & BBQ area with Hot Tub, Sauna with plunge pool and 10 acres of impressive views.

A large entrance area with seating to slip off your walking boots and coats, two living areas with ample seating to kick back and read a book, letting go of the outside world as you relax. A Log Burner will keep you warm and cosy no matter what the weather.

Experience a super-relaxed, comfortable, down to earth, African decor surrounded by nature and close to the great coastline and beaches of the Gower Peninsular, stunning views, walks and cycling.

The kitchen is the hub of the house, and with all your expected home amenities and more, 180° garden/woodland views, plenty of comfy seating, a central kitchen island, it is the perfect space to gather, socialise and share the experiences of your day.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upstairs large master bedroom with queen bed, ample wardrobe and draw space, 2 seater bench, patio doors with views over the woodlands. An ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, modern vanity unit and toilet.

A large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bed-side table, 2 2-seater sofas, coffee table and patio doors leading out to the garden, fire pit & BBQ area, 6-person Hot Tub and wonderful garden area.

Another large double bedroom with windows on both sides, double bed and separate single bed. It comes with a wardrobe, and patio doors leading out to the garden amenities.

Extra sofa bed, single bed and mattresses spaced out across the lounge areas can be provided for larger groups upon request.

Hot Tub, Garden Room with Sauna and Plunge Pool

Relax no matter what the weather in the large 6 person hot tub. Indoor/Outdoor socialising in the ample-seating garden room with a spacious Sauna to the side. Once you've finished your sauna if you are brave enough, jump into the plunge pool to immediately cool off and feel completely brand new and rejuvenated.

Our yoga studio offers you a sanctuary away from your busy lives; you learn to become present in the moment again. With outstanding views of the Welsh countryside, you will embrace your connection back to mother nature and feel your power within. Whether you are hosting a yoga retreat yourselves or a guest at one of our yoga teachers retreats, you will be well looked after and will leave feeling rejuvenated.

The Yoga studio doubles as a dedicated meeting or conference room. An Ideal space away from the main house to separate work from home relaxation and enjoyment. With plenty of electricity points, it’s the ideal place to make your attendees feel completely relaxed and open to to what the meeting has in store.

Located in Carmarthen, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Dryslwyn Castle and Dinefwr Park & Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Aberglasney Gardens and National Botanic Garden of Wales. Combat Challenge and The Play King are also worth visiting.
