The House - sleeps 8 - 12

The barn conversion has 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite), lawn, patio, fire pit & BBQ area with Hot Tub, Sauna with plunge pool and 10 acres of impressive views.

A large entrance area with seating to slip off your walking boots and coats, two living areas with ample seating to kick back and read a book, letting go of the outside world as you relax. A Log Burner will keep you warm and cosy no matter what the weather.

Experience a super-relaxed, comfortable, down to earth, African decor surrounded by nature and close to the great coastline and beaches of the Gower Peninsular, stunning views, walks and cycling.

The kitchen is the hub of the house, and with all your expected home amenities and more, 180° garden/woodland views, plenty of comfy seating, a central kitchen island, it is the perfect space to gather, socialise and share the experiences of your day.

Upstairs large master bedroom with queen bed, ample wardrobe and draw space, 2 seater bench, patio doors with views over the woodlands. An ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, modern vanity unit and toilet.

Experience a slice of Africa in Wales. Our luxurious safari lodges blend seamlessly into their natural surroundings. They contain an open plan living area with an integrated kitchen, accommodating 6 with 4 singles in 2 bedrooms and 2 in a raised double mezzanine room. Both lodges have fully opened large windows and lovely sundecks with far-reaching views and plenty of birdlife.

Deer are roaming the tree lines in the field, but it takes a keen spotter to see them.

The Safari Lodges are set within 10-acres of land with views that take your breath away—sitting on the deck in the evening with the soft light of dusk falling as you take in the breathtaking views.

Our multi-use studio offers you a sanctuary away from your busy lives; you learn to become present in the moment again. With outstanding views of the Welsh countryside, you will embrace your connection back to mother nature and feel your power within. Whether you are hosting a yoga retreat yourselves or a guest at one of our yoga teachers retreats, you will be well looked after and will leave feeling rejuvenated.

Meeting/Conference Room

The multi-use studio doubles as a dedicated meeting or conference room. An Ideal space away from the main house to separate work from home relaxation and enjoyment. With plenty of electricity points, it’s the ideal place to make your attendees feel completely relaxed and open to what the meeting has in store.

You can order 1 Safari lodge or 2 safari lodges. This is the price for the house, and 1 safari lodge sleeps up to 18. 8 can sleep in beds in the main house with additional 2 guests in a single and sofa beds. 2 Mattresses can also be put in the 2 living rooms to accommodate up to 12 persons. The Safari lodge sleeps 6 in one raised mezzanine double and 2 double rooms with 2 single beds in each.
