The Old Cow Shed at Ty Hir is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay or the wonderful Ceredigion countryside, there is plenty to see and do on your doorstep or look out across glorious fields with beautiful red kites often spotted above – the owners leave food for the red kites and they swoop down and take the food from the front garden – spectacular to watch!
Situated close to the town of Aberaeron with its beautiful, coloured houses and fabulous harbour and beaches. The quirky harbour towns of Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and New Quay offer traditional Welsh pubs, stylish restaurants, and sandy beaches where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted on a clear day. To the north are the famous slopes of Snowdon, offering breath-taking views with abundance of walks amidst the tumbling waterfalls and shimmering lakes, with buzzards and peregrine falcons soaring high. The area is a natural playground for ramblers, mountain bikers and climbers alike.
The annexe consists of an open plan kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, ground floor wet room, living room with Smart TV and bi-folding doors leading to the front patio area and garden, to the first floor there is a galleried double bedroom.

Located in Lampeter, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Llanerchaeron and National Trust - Dolaucothi Gold Mines are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cors Caron and Harbour Beach. Jane Beck Welsh Blankets and Cae Hir Gardens are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
