Aberystwyth is just 10 minutes drive away with its colourful promenade, pier, shops and restaurants.

- Kitchen & utilities: oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dulche Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room.
- Entertainment: smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+, wifi.
- For families: cot, high chair, stair gate.
- Outside: Fully enclosed garden, accessed from a less fenced area. Patio with pod chair in summer months, covered deck area up one step with table and chairs and hot tub. Access to lockable shed for bikes or sporting equipment.
- Parking: space for 2 cars.
- General: wifi, heating, linen/towels, no smoking. First basket of logs free.
- Pets: 2 small or 1 medium dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
- Accessibility: one level- ground floor, good access.
- A separate heated indoor dog shower is also available.
- Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
- Notes: Hot tubs may be too cool to use on arrival day due to being changed with every change of guest. Hot tubs should be kept at 37 degrees.
- Information for Disabled and Less Abled People. Wheelchair accessible, the parking is on a cobbled surface that surrounds the property, there is a smooth slab for access, the property is all on one level including kitchen, living area, bed and bathroom/wetroom. Important information - There is a step onto the decking and there is no hoist for the tub.
Please be aware before booking that in times of drought hot tubs won't be available for guests during their stay. This is due to the hot tubs being filled up with water from a local water source.
