Rose Cottage is a stunning semi-detached cottage providing comfortable living space for two on Wern Newydd Smallholding in Llandysul. It boasts a mezzanine style bedroom over the sitting room which hosts an electric fire. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a ground floor shower room. Outside is the fabulous private hot tub and ample off-road parking. Rose Cottage is the ideal romantic retreat for you and your loved one.

Off-road parking for 1 car. Small patio area at the front. Private hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: due to rural location the Wifi can be intermittent. Note: No beach towels available. Note: There is no grassed area/garden for dogs coming to the property for this reason we can only accept 1 small well behaved dog. Note: Please note that the stairs may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note: check in is after 4pm and check out is by 9:30am. Please be aware that the Welsh government have strict waste removal policies in place. The owner provides adequate waste separation guidance and appropriate bins at the property. Please be aware that if the waste recycling/disposal guidance is not adhered to, there may be charges involved regarding this.

Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. There are boat trips to spot dolphins, whitewater rafting and trips on a steam railway not to mention historic castles, mills and formal gardens.

Located in Llandysul, this cottage is in a rural area.
