Accommodating up to two guests, the cottage includes a ground floor living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a kingsize bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additional amenities include biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels, all included in the stay.

This cottage is nestled amidst 12 acres of scenic woodland and is adjacent to a live bird feeding station, providing opportunities to observe local wildlife such as red kites and buzzards. The Barn was renovated in 2014 and boasts a spacious living area, thoughtful decor, and a private enclosed lawned garden with outdoor seating. Guests can also take advantage of private parking for two cars and a bike storage facility, while the property maintains a no smoking policy.
