A beautiful semi-detached property with outside space. Set in the village of Pentregat on the outskirts of Cardigan Bay, it’s perfect for walkers and beach lovers. A short drive (4 miles) takes you to Llangrannog Beach and popular with surfers and a great place to relax and watch for dolphins out at sea. Take a stroll along Cwmtydu Walk and take in the beautiful scenery along the way. Newquay nearby is a well-known destination with many shops, restaurants and pubs to try.
The front door opens into the open-plan kitchen/living/ dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, and fridge (freezer available from owners' residence next door). Next door to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower and WC. The lounge area has a Smart TV where you can relax after a day exploring the area, a table and chairs and a sofa bed if required. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is a double bed.
Outside, you will a seating area to enjoy a tipple in the evening or a morning coffee. If you are keen on cycling, you can bring your own bikes which can be kept in an outbuilding on the owners’ grounds which also has a dart board and a music system if you fancy a bit of entertainment. There is also a small gym you are able to use on-site.
This vacation home is located in Llandysul. Sculpture Heaven and Tollgate House Studio & Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include New Quay Honey Farm and Felinwynt Rainforest Centre. Teifi Valley Railway Limited and West Wales Museum of Childhood are also worth visiting.
