This single-storey holiday home sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a bunk bed, along with a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric heater. Outside there's off road parking for one car, a raised decked terrace with furniture and a number of on-site facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool. No. 18 Smarty's View is a lovely base for families with plenty to see and do within this part of Wales.
Amenities: Oil filled radiators with electric heater. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with FreeSat, on-site WiFi available at additional charge. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Raised decked terrace with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: On-site facilities include free use of indoor heated swimming pool, amusement arcade, fun fair and childrens park. Other facilities available at a small charge include outdoor sports court, access to clubhouse with three bars and indoor children play den. Note: There are steps up onto the decked area and the property entrance. Note: The holiday park does not allow the following breeds of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro or Dogo Argentino. Note: Property is closed from end of October until 1st March due to no available on-site facilities around this period, on-site facilities re-open from 1st April.

Town: Aberystwyth is a university town situated on the west coast of Wales offering a number of shops, restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, museums, cinema, the National Library of Wales and a promenade on the sea front. The scenic 20 mile cycle route and footpath on the Ystwyth Trail, linking Aberystwyth to Tregaron, follows a wonderful woodland and river, and a trip on the steam railway from Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge is a great way to visit the falls.
