Short walk from the heart of Aberaeron, a colourful Georgian town, with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and pretty harbour. The town boasts two pretty shingle beaches, which makes it a popular destination for those who want a relaxing seaside holiday. Historically a harbour town, it is possible to watch the boats come in and out, and to hop aboard one of the fascinating dolphin spotting trips. Visit coastal New Quay, famous for its beaches, dolphin watching and water sports or visit bustling Aberystwyth with events and festivals along Cardigan Bay, attractions to visit include the National Trust s Llanerchaeron and activities from water sports to cycling, boat trips and walking the famous Dylan Thomas Trail. Explore the Wales Coastal Path or devour the local Taste Trail. The front door opens into the entrance hallway, to the right of the hallway you will find a welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is well equipped to rustle up a meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and an original feature fireplace for added detail. After dining, take the two steps down from the kitchen area and relax in the cosy lounge area with comfy sofas, feature fireplace, Smart TV and a selection of games and books. After a full day out, head upstairs to the first floor where you will reach the split level landing, you will find the master double bedroom with feature fireplace and thoughtful touches, to complete the first floor is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, the perfect place to enjoy a hot soak after a busy day exploring the West Coast. Climb the steps from the landing to the twin zip and link bedroom (which can be set up as a super king size on request), a cosy room to enjoy a good night s rest. There is an additional foldable single bed available upon request making the property available for up to five people. Outside there is a tiered rear garden, accessed up steps, which is a fantastic space, with furniture to sit down and re charge your batteries with a pot of tea whilst enjoying the distant sea views. There is roadside parking, subject to availability.
