This charming newly converted barn is at the end of a long lane yet within walking distance of the historic village of Cilgerran. The 12th century Cilgerran Castle looms high above the River Teifi, where you can paddleboard or canoe downriver to the market town of Cardigan. Or put your walking boots on and explore the local footpaths or head to the Welsh Wildlife Centre, a 270 acre nature reserve. The village is well served with two pubs, a cafe and a village shop. Cardigan offers plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and an independent cinema/theatre. As for beautiful beaches, try Poppit Sands or Mwnt. The property has been converted and has been purposefully designed to have your living areas on the first floor and your bedrooms on the ground floor so that you can make the most of the incredible views. As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a hallway with room to store your boots and coats. Down the corridor, you will find two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom is a double room with built in storage, looking out onto the grounds of the farm. The second bedroom, at the end of the corridor, has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a 3ft twin on request). This room benefits from a sliding patio door leading directly out onto the outside decking area allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee alfresco on a warm day. The shower room has a double shower and WC. Upstairs to the first floor, you will find the kitchen and breakfast island. The kitchen has been fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, perfectly equipped to rustle up breakfast before a day's exploring or a quick supper on your return. Up a further few stairs, you will find the contemporary lounge/diner with spectacular views out into the countryside. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa to relax on plus a Smart TV to watch your favourite films or series. There are bi fold doors leading off the lounge to your own private balcony where you can sit out, relax and enjoy the beautiful view or read a book in the peaceful surroundings. Externally, the property benefits from a well proportioned private garden with a hot tub and a decked terrace to relax on as well as an artificial lawn. You can sink into the hot tub after a long day whilst taking in your tranquil setting. You also have shared use of the on site bar and pizza oven where you can bring your own drinks and enjoy the pub atmosphere and perhaps make friends with other guests in the neighbouring properties. There is vehicle space for unloading outside the property and there is ample parking space for two cars in a shared courtyard area just 30 yards from the entrance of the property.
