The property is situated within 70 acres of private land consisting of woodland, farmland and fields. There is private trout and seatrout fishing available on site, or if you prefer getting out into nature, you can explore the wood and take walks across the land straight from the front door where you may find alpacas and sheep grazing. Nestled deep in the countryside, this property is an ideal, tranquil retreat for those wishing to get away from it all. Nearby towns such as Narberth and Whitland can be reached in 8 and 5.5 miles respectively. Narberth is a popular market town with plenty of independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to keep you busy. The Preseli hills are 10 miles to the North if you want to go for a ramble, taking in the views over Pembrokeshire. As you enter the property you are welcomed into the open plan living area. The lounge has two comfortable sofas nestled around the television and electric, wood burner effect fire. Put your feet up at the end of a long's day hike and enjoy the warmth of the fire and your favourite book. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and is a great space for an evening meal with your family or friends, or a hearty breakfast together before you start the day. The galley style kitchen has been equipped with an electric range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is an additional sunroom off the lounge area with seating and views out over the land where you can watch the wildlife and birds and enjoy the peace of the countryside. The first of two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor with a king size bed, wardrobe and vanity table. Completing the ground floor is the shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the open dog leg staircase, on the first floor is the loft bedroom with king size bed and additional day bed. Externally, the property benefits from an enclosed courtyard garden at the front of the house with outdoor seating. Property is accessed by approximately 1 mile of private, uneven, road through woodland; not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
