The property is conveniently located in Milford Haven. The town boast a vibrant marina with many bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from plus a selection of independent shops and boutiques. You can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path (0.2 miles) here too head out to Dale (9 miles) or head in the opposite direction towards Pembroke (14 miles). The town also has a supermarket and high street plus its own local theatre and cinema putting on productions, concerts and the latest films. If you feel like going further afield why not visit the beach at Broad Haven (5.8 miles) or Marloes Sand (9 miles) or enjoy a day of water sports and award winning food in Dale (9 miles). Pembrokeshire's most popular attractions like Oakwood, Folly Farm, Tenby Dinosaur Park are all within a 20 30 min car ride. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a cosy entrance hallway with space for your shoes and coats. To the left you'll find the lounge with a comfortable three seater sofa and separate armchair centred around the Smart TV and electric fire. This light and airy space is perfect to relax after a day of exploring the area and unwind with your favourite TV shows or a film. Back into the hallway and to the rear of the house you will find the dining room and kitchen. The dining room has a spacious table for four, a wood burner and its own Smart TV. The kitchen is down a few steps from the dining room and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine plus all the basic cookware and utensils you could need to prepare a meal for the family or a picnic on the go. There is a utility room adjacent to the kitchen offering a washing machine for convenience and a full size fridge/freezer. Upstairs onto the first floor, you will find the contemporary family bathroom on the half landing with bath, separate shower and WC. Both bedrooms have a king size zip and link (which can be made into 2ft 6" twins on request). The rooms are light and peaceful with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. Externally, there is a fully enclosed garden laid to gravel with a patio area. There is an outdoor furniture set and a BBQ to enjoy dining al fresco. Guest also have use of a Summer house at the end of the garden a perfect space to relax in and take a break from the sun. There is roadside parking available to the front and side of property. Additional car park available towards the sea front (less than 100m).
