Aberporth 1 mile. A charming mid-terrace cottage on the outskirts of the seaside village of Aberporth on the Cardigan Bay coastline. A well-presented cottage with easy access to local beaches and many activities to enjoy, making it a great place for families and groups of friends to enjoy. The ground floor is made up of an open plan living area with a modern dining table and chairs as well as plenty of comfy sofas, making a great place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare some good home-cooked meals. There is a ground floor wet room with two spacious upstairs bedrooms. To the outside is a good-sized patio garden with access to the lawned grounds making a good place for the kids to let off some steam. A short distance takes you to Aberporth with its’ great beaches. Alongside the beach is a seaside café, fish and chip shop and a friendly pub serving a good range of food and drinks. The Wales Coast Path passes through the thriving village and opens up fabulous walking along sandy beaches such as the National Trust’s Penbryn, rocky coves of Llangrannog and the local fishing village of Tresaith. You are ideally placed to explore the coastline of Cardigan Bay with the coastline being rich in flora and fauna with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local wildlife, or take a trip on one of the dolphin and wildlife spotting boat trips for something different. Further afield you can explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park including the Preselli Hills or even take a visit to Aberaeron with lovely places to eat as well as the nearby National Trust’s Llanerchaeron with its traditional working farm. A lovely coastal cottage within easy access to local amenities making it a great place for a family holiday at any time of the year.
