The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front veranda with furniture, an enclosed rear veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.7 miles and the beach in 1.2 miles. Llanarth's location on the main A487 coast road provides access to a wide range of destinations. Several beaches, fishing lakes, the regency harbour town of Aberaeron, and fantastic walking and cycling trails are all nearby and only a short drive away. Only three miles away is the well-known oceanfront port town of New Quay, where you may experience a classic seaside atmosphere and possibly locate the day's catch for sale. In New Quay, visitors may enjoy lovely boutiques, tea rooms, ice cream stores, fish and chip restaurants, dolphin viewing and boat rides.
