The property is just a short drive from the market town of Cardigan, where visitors can enjoy a variety of local attractions, including a theatre, cinema, supermarkets, pubs, and unique shops.
Accommodating up to five guests, The Stables offers three bedrooms: two doubles and one single, all situated on a single level, making it accessible for those with mobility concerns. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and provides lovely views of the surrounding countryside and gardens. The cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, a comfortable sitting room with entertainment options, and a bathroom with modern fixtures. A conservatory adds to the charm, providing additional space for relaxation.
Set within 16 acres of picturesque grounds, The Stables features a cobbled courtyard and a walled garden, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Guests can take advantage of the expansive lawns, a sunken lawn, and a children's play area. A large pond is present in one of the fields, necessitating supervision for children's safety. While there is ample space for outdoor activities, pets are not allowed in the walled garden, and guests are encouraged to supervise their dogs in the grounds.
Additional amenities include parking for three cars, as well as a tumble dryer and extra fridge/freezer space available in the 'Fisherman's Shed' for guest convenience. The property provides bed linen and towels, though beach towels are not included. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request, and the cottage is equipped with oil central heating and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved dogs, with prior notification at the time of booking, and smoking is not permitted on the premises.
